Storm Tide
A combination of storm surge and the normal tide (i.e., a 15-foot storm surge combined with a 2-foot normal high tide over the mean sea level created a 17-foot storm tide).
This website was designed to provide you with information so you know what to do in the event of any number of hazards that might take place in southeastern Vermont. The information was drawn from local sources as well as from the website of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
